The West Bengal Public Service Commission has released the WBPSC Prelims Result 2021. The result has been released for the prelims exam for the post of West Bengal Audit and Account Service. The candidates who have appeared for the examination can now check and download the result from the official website- wbpsc.gov.in.
The commission conducted the prelims examination on 7th August. The WBPSC is conducting the examination to recruit candidates for vacancies on 50 posts. Earlier, the examination was scheduled to be conducted on 13th June but later it was postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. A total of 501 candidates have been qualified in the prelims exam and are now eligible to appear for the main examination.

The candidates are required to follow the simple steps written here to check and download the result.
- The candidates must visit the official website at wbpsc.gov.in.
- On the homepage, click on the Result tab and then click on the link named "LIST OF PROVISIONALLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES FOR FINAL WRITTEN EXAMINATION OF WEST BENGAL AUDIT AND ACCOUNTS SERVICE RECRUITMENT EXAMINATION, 2020 [ADVERTISEMENT NO. 17/2020]."
- The result will be displayed on the screen in a PDF file format. Check and download the result.
- Keep a hard copy of the same for future purposes.
The commission released the final answer key on 26th August after incorporating the objections raised by the candidates against the provisional answer key. The result has also been computed on the basis of the final answer key. The commission will soon release the details for the main examination. The WBPSC will recruit candidates on the basis of their performance in the prelims, mains examination, and personal interview round.
