UPSC IES/ISS 2018: Results Declared, Check How to Download

 

The results of the Indian Economic Service/ Indian Statistical Service examination 2018 has been released by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on its official website.

 

There are a total of 32 candidates who have been recommended for the appointment to the Indian Economic Services/ Indian Statistical Services.

 

Total Number of candidates selected:

 

Indian Economic Service: There are around 14 candidates who got selected for Indian Economic Service.

 

Indian Statistical Service: There are a total of 32 candidates who got selected for Indian Statistical Service.

 

UPSC IES/ IIS Result 2018: How to Check the Results?

 

Steps to check the results

 

Step 1. Visit the official website i.e. upsc.gov.in

 

Step 2. Click on the link that reads ‘Indian Economic Service and Indian Statistical Service Examination, 2018’

 

Step 3. A list of selected candidates along with their roll numbers will appear on the screen

 

Step 4. Check the list and read the instructions mentioned inn the notification carefully

 

Step 5. Download and take a print out for the further use

 

Note: The marks of the candidates shall be available on the official website within fifteen days from the date of publication of the result according to a report by India Today.


Official Notice

"The offer of appointment to the candidates, whose result has been kept provisional, will not be issued till the Commission verifies the original documents, awaited from such candidates, and clears their provisional status."

"The provisionality of these candidates will remain valid only for a period of three months from the date of declaration of final result [i.e. up to 28/02/2019].

The original documents of the provisional candidates will have to be submitted to the Commission.

If the candidates are not able to submit the documents which are required by the Commission within the above prescribed period, his/her candidature will be cancelled and no further correspondence will be entertained in this regard,"according to the official notice.
