Step 1: Visit www.ipindia.nic.in.
Step 2: Go to the News & Updates section.
Step 3: Click on 'Eligible Candidates for Viva-Voce, Patent Agent Examination -2018' option.
Step 4: A PDF mentioning the list of successful candidates will appear on the computer screen.

The Patent Agent Exam consist of two papers - Paper I and Paper.
2,813 candidates had appeared in Paper I.
2,782 candidates sat for Paper II.
"A total of 1,473 candidates have scored 50% marks in both Paper-I and Paper-II," read the official release.
Successful candidates who have succesfully cleared both the papers will have to appear for Viva-Voce, Patent Agent Examination -2018.
The Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks will announce the date of Viva-Voce, Patent Agent Examination -2018 in the due course.
