CBSE 12th Result 2022: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the CBSE 12th result 2022 today on July 22 on its official website. Students, who had been waiting for the Class 12 results since long can check their respective scores obtained in the exam on the official website of CBSE at cbse.gov.in. After checking the scores, they can also download their respective scorecards from the aforementioned link.

CBSE 12th Result 2022: Pass Percentage and Statistics For Previous Years
 
The Class 12 students of the board had recorded a passing percentage of 99.37 percent in the year 2021. Previous year, the board had adopted the 40:30:30 ratio for the evaluation of Class 12 students, as the exams had to be scrapped in view of the second wave of Covid-19 pandemic. The boy students had clocked a passing percentage of 99.13 percent, while the girl students had outshined boys with a passing percentage of 99.67 percent.

CBSE 12th Result 2022: Passing Percentage For This Year
 
This year, the passing percentage has dipped to 92.71 percent. However, the girls still have the edge over boys with a passing percentage of 94.54 percent, while the boys have recorded a passing percentage of 91.25 percent.
 
CBSE 12th Result 2022: Passing Percentage At Foreign Schools
 
This year, the students of Class 12 studying at CBSE-affiliated schools abroad have logged a passing percentage of 93.38 percent. Notably, this has been the lowest passing percentage in the last 4 years by foreign schools.
 
CBSE 12th Result 2022: Passing Criteria
 
Students need to score a minimum of 33 percent marks in individual subjects in order to be declared qualified in the exams. The ones who fail to secure the same shall be required to repeat the grade.
