Trivandrum has emerged as the region with the highest pass percentage in the CBSE Class 12 exams, with an impressive 99.91% pass rate. CBSE Class 10th, 12th Result 2023: CBSE Result with Grading System

If 1000 students appeared in the exam this year, and out of these, 800 passed, the following grading system will be used:

A+ grading will be given on the basis of merit.
The first 100 students out of the 800 who passed will get an A-1 grade, based on the 1/8 formula.
The 1/8 formula will be applied again to the remaining 700 students, and about 88 students will get an A-2 grade.
Out of the remaining 612 students, 76 will get a B-1 grade.
Similarly, the formula of 1/8 will be applied to the remaining students. This means 67 students will get a B-2 grade.
Further grading will be done for C-1, C-2, D, and E grades, with separate points given for each grade.
