In 2022, a total of 21,09,208 students had registered for the CBSE Class 10th examination, out of which 20,93,978 students appeared for the exam. Among them, 19,76,686 students successfully cleared the exam, resulting in a pass percentage of 94.12 percent.

Trivandrum has emerged as the region with the highest pass percentage in the CBSE Class 12 exams, with an impressive 99.91% pass rate. Bengaluru comes in second with a pass percentage of 99.67%, followed by Chennai with 97.40% and Delhi West with 93.24%. However, Bhopal came in second-last with an 83.54% pass percentage, while Noida has the lowest pass percentage of 80.36%.

Compared to last year, the boys' pass percentage in the CBSE board exam dropped from 91.25% to 84.67% this year. Additionally, the pass percentage among girls also saw a decline from 94% last year to 90.68% this year.
