CBSE Result 2023: Various Ways to Check CBSE Class 10th and 12th Results

Lakhs of students waiting for the results of the CBSE board exams can now breathe a sigh of relief as the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is set to release the class 10th and class 12th board exam results soon. Once the results are out, students can access them through various methods.
 

CBSE Official Website

CBSE will make the results of 10th and 12th exams available online on the official websites results.cbse.nic.in and cbse.gov.in. Students can check and download their results from these websites:

  • results.cbse.nic.in
  • cbse.nic.in
  • cbse.gov.in
Candidates can follow the steps given below to check the CBSE Class 10th and 12th result 2023:
  1. Log on to the official website of the CBSE, cbse.gov.in, cbseresults.nic.in.
  2. Click on the CBSE Class 10th or 12th Result link on the homepage.
  3. A login window will appear on the screen.
  4. Enter CBSE Class 10th or 12th Roll Number.
  5. The scorecard of the respective class, 10 or 12 will appear on the screen.
  6. Download CBSE Class 10 & 12 Result 2023 and save it to your device.
  7. Take a printout for future reference.

CBSE Results 2023 on UMANG App

If you want to view the results first, you should download the Umang app from the Government of India on your mobile device. Students can register for CBSE results on the Umang app, and registered candidates can check the CBSE result online in their login account.

The students can follow the steps given below to check the CBSE Class 10th or 12th Result 2023 on the UMANG App:
  1. Download the UMANG app from the Google Play Store.
  2. Register yourself by entering your mobile number.
  3. Now click on the CBSE Result tab.
  4. Enter the required credentials i.e. Roll Number, Admit Card Number and Date of Birth etc.
  5. Now your result will be displayed on the screen.
  6. Check the result and save it to your device.

CBSE Results 2023 on Mobile Through SMS

Students who appeared for the CBSE 10th and 12th exams can also receive their results via SMS on their mobile phones. To do so, they need to follow the steps given below:

  1. Open the message box on their phone and type CBSE 10 or CBSE 12 followed by a space and their roll number.
  2. Then send the message to 7738299899.
  3. The result will be sent to their phone via SMS.

Please note that the number provided is valid for the year 2022. If the CBSE issues a new number, the new number will be applicable.

 

CBSE Result 2023 on DigiLocker

The CBSE result will be released on the official website, cbseresults.nic.in, and the mark sheets for classes 10th and 12th will also be available on the DigiLocker app. To download their CBSE scorecard, applicants need to enter their roll number and school name. Candidates can follow the steps given below to check the CBSE Class 10th and 12th result 2023 via DigiLocker:
  1. Log on to the official website of the DigiLocker, digilocker.gov.in.
  2. Click on the CBSE Result link.
  3. Now enter the required information.
  4. Submit and view the marksheet.
  5. Download and take a printout for future reference.

CBSE Exam Details:

The CBSE Class 10th Board Exam was conducted from February 15 to March 21, 2023, while the CBSE Class 12th Board Exam was conducted from February 15 to April 5, 2023.

This year, over 38 lakh students registered for the CBSE 10th and 12th examinations, with 21, 86, 940 students registered in Class X and 16, 96, 770 in Class XII. The board had prepared 7,250 centres in the country for the Class 10th exam and 6,759 centres for the Class 12th exam.
