Selection Process for ECIL Technical Officer Vacancy: Selection will be based on Written Test/ Interview.
Qualification and Experience: A First class Engineering Degree in Electronics and Communication/ Electrical & Electronics with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from any recognized Institution/ University with post qualification experience in the following areas:
a) Basic Networking Concepts.
b) TCP/IP Protocol, Router, Switches & LAN, WAN Technologies.
c) Operating System – RHEL, Windows server. d) Router configuration and another networking area like VOIP, Frame Relay multiplexes, OSPF, SNMP.
e) Knowledge in VSAT Equipment, Types of Modems & site related works related to Antenna & VSAT.
f) Knowledge in the field of RF Communication/ IT Hardware & Software/ Networking/ Testing/ Maintenance of Network.
g) Knowledge of UPS, Isolation Transformer, Electrical Cables & Wiring etc
Reservations & Age relaxations will be as per Govt. directives for SC/ ST/ OBC/ EWS/ PWD.
Class: 1st class is relaxed to 2nd class with 50% marks in aggregate for SC/ST Candidates.
Age: 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC.10 more years relaxation in PWD category.
