Scheduled Castes: For the candidates who belong to the Scheduled Castes, there are a total of 77 posts available for the candidates to apply for.

 

Schedule Tribes: For the candidates who belong to the Scheduled Tribes, there are a total of 38 posts vacant for the candidates to apply for.

 

 

Eligibility Criteria

 

 

Educational Criteria

 

The candidates who wish to apply for the post of Assistant Sub- Inspector should hold a degree of Graduation from a recognized university in India.

 

 

Age Limit

 

The candidates who wish to apply for the post of assistant Sub- inspector should have the maximum age of 35 years as on August 1, 2018 for CISF Recruitment.

 

For the candidates who belong to the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes category, there is an age relaxation of 5 years that will be provided to them.

 

 

CISF Recruitment 2018: LDCE

 

The candidates will be recruited through Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE).

 

There will be only three chances provided to compete in the LDCE for the candidates who are interested for the post.

 

Selection Procedure

 

The candidates who wish to apply for the post of CISF Recruitment this year, must make a note that the selection will be made on the basis of Written Test, Physical Endurance Test, and Medical Examination.

 

- The test will be conducted through OMR based question paper.

 

- The physical measurement will be calculated in the third stage.

 

- In the stage four, the physical efficiency test will be conducted.

 

- In the stage five, the candidates will have to go through a detailed medical examination.
