Canara Bank Recruitment 2018: Educational Background

 

The candidates who wish to apply for the post should have a Graduation certificate with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWBD) or equivalent grade, in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government of India.

 

Canara Bank Recruitment 2018: Selection Process
 

The Canara bank procedure for the PO exam 2018 will consist of three stages.

 

1. Online Objective Test

 

2. Group Discussion

 

3. Interview

 

Canara Bank Recruitment 2018: Exam Pattern

 

Online Objective Test

 

The online test will be organized by the IBPS, Mumbai.

 

Every wrong answer will make you loose 0.25 marks, as negative marking.

 

There will be total score as well as minimum cut- off marks for each subject.

 

The candidates who appear for the examination will have to obtain a minimum score in each subject and also a minimum total score as decided by the exam conducting body to be considered for Group Discussion and Interview.

 

Group Discussion (GD) and Interview

 

Once the candidates have qualified the Online Test, they will be eligible for the Group Discussion.

 

The candidates will be called in 1:3 ratio for Group Discussion and Interview for each post.

 

The GD and Interview will fetch the candidate a total of 50 marks.

 

The candidates who manage to qualify all the rounds will be selected in the final merit list.
