Bihar CHO Recruitment 2024: The Bihar State Health Society (SHS) will close the application window for Community Health Officer (CHO) positions today, 27 July, 2024. Interested candidates can submit their applications on the official website at shs.bihar.gov.in.
Additionally, under this recruitment drive, a total of 4,500 Community Health Officer positions will be filled. These include 1,345 positions for EBC, 331 positions for EBC (Female), 702 positions for BC, 259 positions for BC (Female), 1,279 positions for SC, 230 positions for SC (Female), 95 positions for ST, 36 positions for ST (Female), 145 positions for EWS, and 78 positions for EWS (Female).
Candidates must possess a B.Sc Nursing or Post Basic Nursing degree from a recognized institution or university inorder to be eligible to participate in the Bihar CHO recruitment 2024.
Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of Rs 40,000, of which Rs 32,000 will be considered as fixed remuneration, while the remaining Rs 8,000 will be paid as performance-based compensation.
Bihar CHO Recruitment 2024: Application fee
- Candidates from General/OBC/EWS categories are required to pay an application fee of Rs 500.
- Candidates from SC/ST/PWD and all female candidates across categories are required to pay an application fee of Rs 250.
