MCC NEET UG Counselling 2024: The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test - Undergraduate (NEET UG 2024) revised results 2024 are now  declared, and the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is expected to issue the NEET UG counselling 2024 dates soon. According to the NTA NEET UG results 2024 notification, the details and schedule of NEET UG counseling will be available on the websites of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, and the Medical Education Directorates of the respective states.

According to the re-revised NEET UG results for 2024, the number of NEET toppers has decreased from 61 to 17 due to a controversial physics question. The NTA had initially declared the NEET UG results on June 4, naming 67 candidates as toppers. This unusually high number of toppers was due to grace marks awarded to 44 candidates for a physics question and 6 candidates for time lost during the exam. Out of the 23.33 lakh candidates who took the medical entrance exam, 13,15,853 have qualified. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare previously announced that there are 1,08,940 MBBS seats available in India. These seats will be allocated through the MCC NEET counseling 2024 and state counseling rounds.
