The notification for the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UP TET 2019) is expected to be released by the Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB).
TET or Teacher Eligibility Test is an entrance examination for Indian teachers. It was specially introduced by the Government of India to improve the standards of teaching.
According to the latest media update, the notification is most likely to be released after Diwali.
Candidates can register online via Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board's (UPBEB) official website once the application forms are available.
The exam is scheduled to be conducted in the month of November 2019.
Examination Pattern
The examination comprises of two papers.
Paper I: This paper would be for candidates who wish to be a teacher for classes I to V.
UP TET Paper, I Exam will be conducted for 150 marks.
It will be an objective type exam which will consist of 150 questions to answer.
The duration of Paper 1 will be 2 1/2 hrs.
Paper-II: This paper would be for the candidates who wish to be a teacher for class VI to VIII.
The UP TET Paper II Exam will be conducted for 150 marks.
It will be an objective type exam which will consist of 150 questions to answer.
The duration of Paper 1 will be 2 1/2 hrs.

Mathematics
