Application Withdrawal Facility update: Considering the requests of candidates, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has introduced the Application Withdrawal facility to be implemented from the upcoming academic year.
 
However, the exam fees will not be refunded after candidates withdraw the application.
 
For candidates appearing for the Engineering Services Exam (ESE) 2019, UPSC has notified that the candidates can withdraw their application if they wish not to appear for the exam.
 
The window for withdrawal of the application for the Combined Defence Services Examination (I), 2019 is active now and will be available till 10.12.2018 (6:00 p.m.) at the https://upsconline.nic.in.
 
On successful completion of withdrawal of the application, email and SMS will be sent to the candidate to confirm the withdrawal. Once an application has been withdrawn, it cannot be revived under any circumstances.
