Male Candidates
Should be able to lift and carry 35 kg of weight for a distance of 100 metres in 2 minutes in one chance without putting the weight down.
Should be able to run for a distance of 1000 metres in 4 minutes and 15 seconds in 1 chance.
Female Candidates
Should be able to lift and carry 20 kg of weight for a distance of 100 metres in 2 minutes in one chance without putting the weight down
Should be able to run for a distance of 1000 metres in 5 minutes and 40 seconds in 1 chance.
Third Stage of Document Verification
Based on the performance of candidates in the CBT subject to their qualifying in PET, candidates will be called for document verification.
Shortlisted candidates should produce NOC from the employer on the date of his/her DV failing which their candidature will be cancelled. Signatures of the candidates on all documents should be identical, either in English or Hindi.

The board released the RRB Group D exam admit card on August 5, 2018.
RRB Group D exam admit card release timeline as follows:
3:00 PM: RRB Group C, D Admit Card released.
12: 15 PM: RRB to release the admit card of Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) and Technicians (RRB ALP 2018) for the first stage exam at 3PM.
11:30 AM: The duration of the exam will be 60 minutes and it will comprise of 75 multiple-choice questions
10: 00 AM: Candidate can download the admit card through the official websites, indianrailways.gov.in, rrbald.gov.in.
9:30 AM: The examinations will be conducted on August 9.
9: 00 AM: Over two crore candidates applied for the 90,000 posts in group C and group D and for another 9,500 openings in the Railway Protection Force.
