JEE Mains 2022: The National Testing Agency (NTA), the official body responsible for conducting the JEE Mains 2022 exam, has decided to reactivate the link to submit application forms for session 2 exams soon. The NTA has apprised of the reopening of the application window for JEE Mains Session 2 exams 2022 through an official notification. Candidates can check the official notice on the official website of JEE Mains at jeemain.nta.nic.in.
JEE Mains 2022: Reason for the Re-opening of Application Window
The application window for JEE Mains Session 2 exams is being reopened in view of the inability of the engineering aspirants to register for the exam. Hence, in view of the same, the NTA has decided to provide another opportunity to such candidates to apply for the exam.
JEE Mains 2022: Contents of the Official Notification
The official notice released by NTA in regard to the reopening of the application forms for JEE Mains 2022 reads, ' The link to fill and submit application forms for JEE Mains Session 2 exams, slated to be held in July 2022, will be reactivated after the results are announced for the session 1 exams.
JEE Mains 2022: Session 2 Exam Dates
As notified by NTA earlier, the JEE Mains Session 2 exams are scheduled to begin from July 21. The exams will continue till July 30, 2022. The exam will advance as a Computer-based test (CBT). The direct link to the official notification released by NTA has been provided herewith, for the reference of the candidates.
It is noteworthy that the exam is being conducted twice this year, while it was held for four times in 2021.
JEE Mains 2022: Difference between Paper 1 and Paper 2
Paper I of JEE Mains exam is conducted for BE and BTech aspirants. Meanwhile, candidates seeking admission into BArch and BPlanning courses appear for Paper II. Through this examination, candidates can enroll into various IIT, NITs and other esteemed institutions of the country.
