GATE 2023 Registration Window Extended, Know How to Apply Here

GATE 2023: The Indian Institute of technology, Kanpur (IIT Kanpur) has once again extended the final date for GATE 2023 registration. Candidates desirous of applying for the same will be able to register themselves at gate.iitk.ac.in till October 7, 2022. Notably, the registrations were slated to shut down on October 4, 2022.
GATE 2023: Application Fee
 
As per the official notification for GATE 2023, the general category candidates will be required to pay an amount of Rs 1,700 to register for the exam.
 
Meanwhile, the SC/ST/PwD category candidates will be able to register themselves by paying an amount of Rs 850.
 
GATE 2023: Exam Date
 
The IIT Kanpur will conduct the GATE 2023 exam on February 4,5, 11 and 12, 2023. The exam will be conducted in the online mode across the country.
 
Through GATE 2023, engineering aspirants will be able to enroll themselves into Masters courses in various IITs and other esteemed institutions of the country. They will also stand eligible for placement in Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) on the basis of GATE 2023 scores.
 
GATE 2023 Registration: Steps to Fill Application Form
 
Candidates will be able to apply for the exam by following the step-by-step process mentioned below.

1. Log on to the official website of IIT Kanpur at gate.iitk.ac.in.
2. Register yourself on the website and proceed to fill the application form for the exam.
3. Fill in the basic details in the application form and upload all required documents in the prescribed format.
4. Make payment of application fee in the online mode.
5. Review all details and submit.
6. Download the confirmation page and print its hard copy for future references.
