CBSE Compartment Exam 2022: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) had opened the application window for CBSE Compartment Exam 2022 for private students earlier. Notably, today, July 30 is the final date for private students to apply for compartment exams. Private students belonging to both Class 10 and Class 12 can proceed to apply for the compartment exams on the official website of CBSE at cbse.gov.in.
CBSE Compartment Exam 2022: Application Fee
Private students who are looking forward to filling the application form for CBSE Compartment Exam 2022 must pay a requisite fee amount. While the fee amount is Rs 300 for students who choose exam centre in India, the ones who choose exam centre outside India will be required to pay an amount of Rs 2,000.
However, visually impaired students have been exempted from application fee payment. It must be noted that the fee is to be paid in the online mode only.
CBSE Compartment Exam 2022: Who Can Appear?
Those private students who have appeared in the CBSE Class 10/12th main exams 2022 and have failed to clear one or two subjects are eligible to appear in the compartment exams. Through the compartment exams, such students will be able to upgrade their scores.
The schools will first have to submit a list of all the students who have been placed under the Compartment category, to the board. Thereafter, the students will become eligible to appear for the compartment exams.

Students of Class 10 and 12 must follow the simple steps described below in order to fill the application form for Compartment exams 2022.
- Visit the official website of CBSE at cbse.gov.in.
- Click on the option that directs for the online submission of forms, located beside the notice.
- The form will appear on the screen.
- Fill in the details and make payment of the application fee.
- Download the filled application form on your device.
- Obtain its hard copy for future references.
