Private Schools Cannot Charge Fees During Lockdown: Chhattisgarh Government

The situation in the state is difficult due to the lockdown. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel asked the private school operators not to take fees from the students studying in the school during the lockdown. Even after this, the state government was repeatedly receiving complaints from the families that private schools are pressurizing them to pay the children's fees.

 
In his tweet, Bhupesh Baghel said that during the lockdown, messages are being sent continuously to the parents about the depositing of school fees by many private schools, it is not appropriate to pressurize for the payment of fees at this point of time. All schools have been instructed to postpone school fees deposition during the lockdown period.



Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the government has announced a lockdown of 21 days keeping in mind the safety of the people. The Government of Chhattisgarh has also taken a decision for the state. Explain that amidst the lockdown.

The government has issued instructions for private schools on Wednesday. According to the directive, private schools have been prohibited from charging fees during the lockdown.
