Higher Education Institutes to face action if the fees are not refunded: MHRD
Admission fees to be refunded

If any student withdraws his/her admission from the Higher Education Institutes, it is compulsory for the institutes to return back the fees.

According to the Minister of State for the HRD Ministry, Dr. Satyapal Singh’s tweet now if the institutes fail to return back the fees to the students who withdraws their admission, will have to face the consequences for their move.

The students will no longer be allowed to be exploited by the Higher Education Institutes.

It was often seen that students who had to withdraw their admissions due to some reasons, are mostly at a loss.

The money they gave as the fees would not be returned, documents he must have submitted will require time to get them back.

It seemed as if the student is clutched by the higher educational institutes once he enters it and there should be no reason for him to leave.

But now this will not be a case anymore. The students will get their fees and original certificates the time they withdraw from the institute.

It will be a relief to many students after the decision as they will no longer forfeit the fees submitted and will no longer make several rounds to get their certificates back.

This practice of the institutes to not return the fees to the students withdrawing, will be brought to an end. There will be strict actions following this norm for the institutes and can cause them to trouble.

Many changes are being established in the field of education.

Education has already started taking a firm shape and it will be better in many aspects in the near future.
