The WBPSC WBCS Mains Exam 2021 took place on May 20, 21, 22 and 24, 2022. The exam unfolded in two sessions: Forenoon session, which began at 9 am to end at 12 pm and the Afternoon session, which was held from 2 pm until 5 pm.

Notably, the exam was conducted for a total of 3833 candidates.
