WB JELET 2024: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has released the answer keys for the Joint Entrance (JELET) 2024 for admissions into B.E., B.Tech., and B.Pharma courses today, on July 12, 2024.
Candidates who took the exam can check and download the answer keys from the official website wbjeeb.nic.in. To download the answer keys, candidates need to enter their application number and password.
Candidates can now submit their suggestions till 14 July, candidates need to submit a fee of INR 500 is applicable for each suggestion.
This year the WBJEE JELET exam was conducted as an OMR-based common entrance test from 21 June - 29 June, 2024. The exam had two papers: Paper 1 for Diploma in Engineering, Technology, or B.Sc. candidates, and Paper 2 for Diploma in Pharmacy candidates.
The JECA exam was conducted for admission to the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) program. This paper consisted of 100 questions divided into two categories. Category 1 had 80 questions worth 1 mark each, with a deduction of 1/4 mark for each incorrect answer, and Category 2 had 20 questions worth 2 marks each with no negative marking.
WB JELET 2024: Category-1 marking scheme
- Correct Answer: Each question will award 1 mark for a correct answer.
- Incorrect Answer: 25% or 1/4 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
- Multiple Options: Any combination of more than one option, even if it includes the correct option, will be considered incorrect and will receive negative marks.
- Unattempted Question: No marks will be awarded for unattempted questions.
WB JELET 2024: Category-2 marking scheme
- Correct Options:
- One or more options may be correct.
- Two marks will be awarded for marking all correct options.
- Incorrect Options: Any combination of one or more incorrect options will be considered incorrect and will receive 0 marks, even if one or more of the selected options are correct.
- Partially Correct Answers: For partially correct answers, i.e., when not all correct options are marked and no incorrect options are marked, the awarded marks = 2 × (number of correct options marked) / (total number of correct options).
- Unattempted Question: No marks will be awarded for unattempted questions.

- Enter your login details and submit.
- Check and download the WB JELET admit card.
