XLRI Jamshedpur plans to launch a ‘National Talent Management Survey’ to highlight the current HR (human resource) practices aimed at retaining and fostering talented workforce.
The XLRI National Talent Management Survey would be launched during the sixth National HR Conference to be held between January 19 and 20, said a press statement issued by the institute.
The management survey has been undertaken by SAPPHIRE – the flagship HR committee of XLRI in coordination with the institute’s alumni.
The theme for this year’s conference — ‘Emerging Trends in Talent Management’ — will focus on the most immediate challenges faced by organisations including training, development, retention and succession of the talent pool and the survey would function as a ready reckoner for managers, the release said.
The survey will have inputs and insights from over 100 corporates nationwide, thereby making it quite comprehensive.
