Executive MBA programs for working professionals and part-time management courses are conducted at various leading B-schools. Management courses can be pursued in the fields of marketing management, international business management, information technology, hospitality management, event management, business management, human resource management, financial hospital management, sports management, operations management, media management, and many more. Almost all reputable management institutions in India admit students through entrance tests, like CET, CAT, SNAP, MAT, etc.

Career Prospects
After completing a course in management, one can start his/her own business or aspire to work at managerial and executive levels in corporate houses and multinational companies. There is always a huge demand for management degree holders in major fields of management, as operation managers, human resource managers, event managers, hospitality managers, and others. After completing a course in management, one can expect a salary ranging from Rs. 8000 to Rs. 12,000 in the beginning. An MBA degree holder can be offered up to Rs. 25,000 as an initial package in multinational companies. Graduates from IIMs and other prestigious B-schools are offered attractive salary packages, ranging from Rs. 8-12 lakhs per annum, or even more, depending upon the hiring organization and the students’ caliber.
