UPSC CSE Prelims Result 2023: Important Details
The results will be published online by UPSC on its official website in the form of two PDFs. One PDF will contain the roll numbers of the qualified candidates, while the other PDF will mention the names of the qualified candidates.
IAS, which stands for Indian Administrative Service or Civil Services Examination (CSE), is conducted annually by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) at the national level. Through this examination, the UPSC recruits candidates for the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), the Indian Police Service (IPS), and the Central Civil Services.
After the completion of the examination process, UPSC will release the IAS answer key. It's important for candidates to note that the cutoff and answer key will not be released along with the result. The result of the Civil Services Exam 2022 was released on May 23, 2023.
In the IAS Exam 2022, Ishita Kishore secured the top position, followed by Garima Lohia and Uma Harthi Ann in the top three. The number of IAS vacancies in 2023 has increased from 1,022 last year to 1,105. The All India Services comprise the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), the Indian Police Service (IPS), and the Indian Forest Service (IFoS).
The UPSC CSE 2023 Examination is being conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for a total of 1105 vacancies in the Indian Administrative Service, Indian Police Service, and other civil services.
