UPSC CSE Mains Result 2021: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the Detailed Application Form-II (DAF-II) for the candidates who have qualified the UPSC CSE Main Exam 2021. Candidates can log on to the official website of the Commission at upsconline.in to fill the DAF-II. They must note that the final date to fill the second detailed application form is March 24, 2022 till 6 pm. In order to gain access to DAF-II, candidates will require their credentials (Roll number and password).
UPSC CSE DAF-II: Important dates
Last date to fill DAF-II has been fixed as March 24, 2022 (6 pm). It is noteworthy that the Union Public Service Commission had announced the UPSC CSE Mains Result 2021 on March 17, 2022. Post this, the candidates who have cracked the examination will have to face the personality test (Interview) round for selection in Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Police Service and other Central services (Group A and Group B).
The personality test round will begin from April 5, 2022 at the Delhi-located office of UPSC. Schedule for the same will be released shortly by the Commission.
UPSC CSE DAF-II: Application fees
The General and OBC category candidates are required to pay Rs 200 as the fees for the Detailed Application Form-II. Meanwhile, no fees will be charged from SC/ST and Physically handicapped (PH) candidates.
UPSC CSE DAF-II: Steps to apply
Candidates must follow the stepwise procedure mentioned below to fill the Detailed Application Form-II.
- Log on to the official website of UPSC at upsconline.in.
- Under the tab that reads "DAF for Various examinations of UPSC", click on the DAF link.
- Click on the login link and enter your credentials (Roll number and password) to login. Fill the DAF-II details and click on 'Submit'.
- Download the filled form and obtain a printout for future references.
