UPSC CDS-I Result 2020

The result for the UPSC Combined Defence Services (CDS) - I Exam 2020 has been declared today, March 23, 2020, by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). The written examination result is now available on the official website i.e. upsc.gov.in. The candidates who have appeared for the UPSC CDS-I Exam 2020 can visit the official website and check the result.
Those candidates who have qualified the written examination will have to appear for the interview round. As per the official notification, a total of 7,081 candidates have qualified for the interview round. Successful candidates will be interviewed by the Service Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence, for admission to
(i) Indian Military Academy, Dehradun 150th Course commencing in January 2021
(ii) Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala, Course commencing in January 2021
(iii) Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (Pre-Flying) Training Course (209 F(P)) commencing in January 2021
(iv) Officers Training Academy, Chennai 113th SSC Course (NT)(for Men) commencing in April 2021 and
(v) Officers Training Academy, Chennai, 27th SSC Women (Non-Technical) Course commencing in April 2021.

Step 1: Visit the official website i.e. upsc.gov.in
Step 2: On the homepage, go to the 'What's New' section
Step 3: Click on the 'Combined Defence Service Written Exam 2020 Result' link
Step 4: A PDF will appear on the screen
Step 5: Check the result and download it for further reference
Candidates selected through the recruitment process will be trained to serve the Indian Naval Academy (INA), Air force Academy (AFA), Indian Military Academy (IMA), and Officer’s Training Academy (OTA) – as suitable for their profile.
