The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the final result of the Combined Defence Services (II) OTA Result 2019. The UPSC CDS Officers Training Academy result has been announced on the official website of the Commission, i.e., upsc.gov.in

The candidates who have appeared for the written examination and Interview conducted for OTA admission can check their result by visiting the official website.

The commission has issued a merit lists of candidates who have finally qualified on the basis of the results of the Combined Defence Services Examination (II), 2018 and Interviews held by the Services Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence

According to the official notification, the qualified candidate is eligible to get admission to Officers Training Academy, Chennai, for 110th Short Service Commission Course (NonTechnical) (for Men) and Officers Training Academy, Chennai, 24th Short Service Commission Women (Non-Technical) Course, commencing in October 2019.

The candidates who have appeared for the UPSC CDS (II) OTA 2019 Interview can now check their result by visiting the website.

The number of vacancies as intimated by the Government, for (i) 110th Short Service Commission Course (for Men) is 225 and for (ii) 24th Short Service Commission Women (NonTechnical) Course is 12.

Steps to Download UPSC CDS II OTA Result 2019:
  • At first, go to the official website upsc.gov.in
  • On the homepage, click on the 'What's New' section
  • Now click on the link, "Combined Defence Services Examination (II), 2018 (OTA)"
  • A pdf will appear on your screen with the Roll Number of successful candidates
  • Check your Roll Number from the list.
  • Download or Save a copy of the pdf file for future reference.

The candidates are also informed that marks of the final examination will be available within 15 days from the date of declaration of final results on the Commission’s website for 30 days.
