UP Board Result 2019 update: In a bid to stop the use of unfair means by UP board students, the Uttar Pradesh government has taken a raft of measures.
A total of 17 people including a superintendent of examination, 14 exam invigilators and 2 private individuals have been arrested in Muzaffarnagar on charges of mass cheating this year.
According to reports, the UP Board 12th Physics Paper 2019 was also cancelled at Janata Inter College, Muzaffarnagar examination centre following the arrests.
The authorities had sent a recommendation to UPMSP to cancel the UP Board 12th Physics Paper 2019 which was conducted on February 22, 2019.
If reports are to be believed then close to 15% of registered examinees did not turn up for board exam last year. However, the UP Secondary Education Board (UPSEB) is likely to release the UP Board Class 10 and Class 12 Exam 2019 Result in the last week of April.
