According to board, 87.66 percent students passed in class 10th and 87.99 percent students passed in class 12th examination.
Saumya Patel of Vibgyor Public Inter college, Raibareily has topped the Highschool (10th) exam and Sakshi Verma of Maharani Laxmi Bai Inter College, Barabanki had topped the 12th Board.
About 68,21,869 students, including 37,49,977 of High School (10th) and 30,71,892 of Intermediate (12th), appeared for the examination this year.
The UP Board class 10 and class 12 exams started from February 18. While class 10 exam ended on March 9, class 12 exam was concluded on March 21, 2016.
