Stressing over results is normal whether its school board exam or any normal test, feeling stressed about it is normal.

Expectations can be stressful for your child mental health. All students cannot be the toppers, know your child’s ability and aptitude. Have a healthy conversation with your kid about his/her career plans, do not mention any unrealistic expectation.

For Students:
Criticisms can be used for improvement. Take criticism in a positive sense and observe where you lack.
Learn from your mistakes and improve it in future. Cribbing over things will not change the situation.
Talk it out!
Your parents always want to see you happy unconditionally, talk to them.
The whole future is depends on what grades you get, thinking about this can only cause stress and low confidence.
Always remember that exams are important but it is not the only way to have a successful future.
