The Teacher Education Course result has been declared by the State Council of Educational Research and Training, Odisha. 

While the result is hosted on the official website of Student Academic Management System (SAMS) Odisha, candidates can check common merit list for D ElEd, BEd, MEd, MPhil (Education) and BHEd courses.

Step 2: Click on the SCERT merit list option. 
Step 3: Enter the required information. 
Step 4: The merit list will pop up on the computer screen.

Highlights 
The entrance examinations were conducted from August 7 to 14. 
More than 2 lakh candidates had registered for the exams.
1,97,563 applications were shortlisted after the completion of fee payment process.

Those selected will now have to appear for the counselling in different colleges. 
The examinations are conducted for admission in these courses in 84 institutions. 

What is SCERT? 
The full form of SCERT is State Council of Educational Research and Training. It is an autonomous body of the Government concerned with the academic aspects of school education including formulation of curriculum, preparation of textbooks, teachers' handbooks and teacher training.
SCERT, Delhi an autonomous body, established in May, 1988 has been providing academic resource support to the Directorate of Education and the Education Departments of MCD and NDMC and Cantonment Board so as to achieve overall improvement in the quality of school education . The SCERT support is available through various programmes which include continuing education of teachers, development of appropriate material for teachers and students and undertaking research studies on the problems related to school education in Delhi. The SCERT also oversees and provides necessary guidance towards effective functioning of nine DIETs of Delhi, which among other activities also conducts two years pre-service Diploma Course in Elementary Teacher Education..

About SAMS
SAMS is an integrated Academic Management System and comprehensive tool for students/parents, administrators at colleges & Government as well, to overcome the challenges in the process of college admissions and post admission processes. 
To ensure a smooth admission process in all the colleges, the concept of SAMS Resource Center (SRC) was introduced. These SRCs acted as facilitators for students/parents throughout the entire process of admission. Each year more number of colleges are given the status of SRC in order to make these more locally accessible.
