No Action Will Be Taken on Teachers for Poor Exam Results, New Experiment Will Be Done For Students

Teachers who give poor result in board exams of class X and XII will no longer be taken action. In the schools on the lines of the colleges, education directorate is going to make new experiments. Under this, the teachers will be taught the lesson of their responsibilities without any fear or pressure.

For this, the Directorate has also fixed schedules for teachers' annual activities. Now in every government school, children's tests will be done in fifteen days. Class wise students will be assessed. Higher Education Director, Dr Amarjeet Kumar Sharma has confirmed this.

Under Poor Result Policy, there is a provision for preventing the promotion of low-yielding teachers and mentioning it in ACR, but it has not been followed for the past few years. The Directorate believes that due to the pressure on the teachers, they are unable to perform their outstanding performance.

In this case, the pressure of overwhelming action will be overcome by teachers from this academic session. Teachers will be motivated to perform better performance without any pressure. Higher education director, Dr Amarjeet Kumar Sharma, told that no action will be taken against the teachers of the college cadre, so the school teachers will not be entertained.

Teachers will be encouraged to teach under a scheduled schedule. He told that after every fifteen days, the syllabus test taught in schools will be done. According to the ability of the children to read and understand their classes will be distributed.

In education, more attention will be given to vulnerable children. In order to teach, good children will be prepared to get the number. He said that with this new effort efforts are being made to change the environment of teaching and teaching in government schools. He has appealed to all teachers to do his work with full devotion.
