NEET PG 2020: Result Expected Soon, What's Next

The NEET PG 2020 result is expected to release soon by the National Board of Examination (NBE). The result will be made available to candidates on the official website of NBE at nbe.edu.in.

According to the official notification released by the Board, the NEET PG 2020 result is likely to release on January 31, 2020. All those students who appeared for the exam can view their marks and qualification status by login to their account.

NEET PG 2020 Result: How to Download?

Step 1: Visit the official website of NBE at nbe.edu.in
Step 2: Go to the link that says, "NEET PG 2020 Result"
Step 3: A new page will open where candidates have to enter the required credentials
Step 4: The scorecard of the candidate will appear on the screen
Step 5: Check the scores and download it for further reference

The validity of the result of NEET-PG 2020 shall be only for the current admission session i.e. 2020 admission session for MD/MS/PG Diploma courses and cannot be carried forward for the next session of admissions for MD/MS/PG Diploma courses.

The eligibility criteria for participation in counselling towards allotment of PG seats conducted by DGHS or State Counseling Authority shall be in accordance with Post Graduate Medical Education Regulations. The minimum eligibility criterion for General categories is 50th percentile. For SC, ST, and OBC categories, the minimum qualifying criteria is 40th percentile and for PwD (general) category candidates, the eligibility criteria are 45th percentile.

The overall merit position of the candidate amongst all the candidates who have appeared in the NEET PG 2020 for All India 50% quota and is valid only for All India 50% quota MD/MS/Post Graduate Diploma Courses (2020 admission session).

Candidates should note that the Directorate General of Health Services will conduct the separate NEET PG counselling for 50 per cent All India Quota (AIQ) seats and the State quota seats. The counselling schedule for the NEET PG 2020 will be announced soon by the authority.
