The Maharashtra State of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has concluded the Maharashtra SSC Exam today. This exam was conducted in two shifts i.e. 11 AM to 2:10 PM and the second shift i.e. 3 PM to 6:10 PM. Students were not provided an extra 10 minutes to read the question paper, however, the board provided an extra 10 minutes to check their answers.
These exams were conducted in pen and paper format and consisted of five compulsory subjects i.e. English, Hindi, Social Science, =Mathematics, and Science. Each exam was of 100 marks but the maths exam consisted of 150 marks. Students need to score 52 marks in each subject and need to secure 35 marks in maths to pass the examination.
Last year Maharashtra SSC Results were declared on 2 June 2023. A total of 15,49,666 students registered for the exam and 15,29,096 students appeared for the exam. The total percentage of students who passed the exam was 93.83 percent and 14,34,898 students passed in 2023.
According to the previous trends students can expect their results around May or June 2024. However, the exam just ended so the declaration of the result will depend on the evaluation of the answer sheets.
