Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the JEE Main 2017 results on its official website today.
"Joint Entrance Examination (Main) 2017- With Rank - To be announced on 27th April 2017," read a notification on the cbseresults.nic.in.
The JEE Main offline exam was held on April 2, while computer-based JEE Main exam was conducted on April 8 and April 9. Exam was divided in three sections A, B and C that had questions from physics, chemistry and mathematics. Each question carried four marks.
Simple steps to check result:
Step one: Log on to cbseresults.nic.in
Step two: Click on JEE Main 2017 result option.
Step three: Enter your roll number and date of birth .
Step four: Click on submit.
Step five: Wait for a few seconds and the result will pop up on the computer screen.
A disclaimer on the CBSE's official pointed out that Neither NIC nor CBSE is responsible for any inadvertent error that may have crept in the results being published on NET. The results published on net are for immediate information to the examinees.
