JEE Advanced 2024: The Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) Madras is going to release the results for Joint Entrance Examination (Advanced) 2024 tomorrow. Candidates who appeared for the same will be able to download their results by visiting the official website i.e. jeeadv.ac.in.
The candidates may note that tomorrow, the JEE Advanced 2024 result link will be active at 10 am. Also, they will require their login credentials such as application number and date of birth to check the JEE Advanced 2024 result. The result will display the All India ranks (AIR), qualifying status, subject-wise marks, and overall aggregate of paper 1 and paper 2.
Candidates securing minimum qualifying marks in JEE Advanced 2024 will be included in the JoSAA counseling and IIT admissions merit list.

JEE Advanced 2024: Tie-breaking policy
In case two or more candidates achieve the same aggregate marks their ranks will be allotted on the basis of-

- Candidates with higher positive marks will receive a higher rank.
- If the tie persists, the candidate with higher marks in Mathematics will be ranked higher.
- If the tie still remains, the candidate with higher marks in Physics will be given a higher rank.
- If the tie is not resolved by these criteria, the candidates will be assigned the same rank.
JEE Advanced 2024: How to check the result, once released?
- Firstly candidates need to visit the official website i.e. jeeadv.ac.in.
- Then click on the result link available on the home page.
- Enter your credentials and click on submit.
- The result will be displayed on the screen of the candidate.
- After checking, they can download the same.
- Also, candidates can take a printout of the same for future reference.
