The list of candidates qualified for the INS Chilka Navik (GD) Batch Final Medical Examination has been released by the Indian Coast Guard Recruitment Department.
The final list is now available on the official website i.e. joinindiancoastguard.gov.in.
The candidates who appeared for the exam can visit the official website and check the final list of candidates qualified for the INS Chilka Navik (GD) Batch Final Medical Examination.
The final medical examination of the candidates has been scheduled to be conducted from February 6, 2020, at the INS Chilka
Documents Required
As per the notification released by the Join Indian Coast Guard, the candidates need to produce following documents at INS Chilka for final medical tests:
1) e-admit card - 4 copies
2) Call letter's original copies of the same
3) Blue background passport size photo of the candidate - 30 nos
4) Original PRAN photo in 3.5cms X 2.5cms size with blue background - 10 nos
5) Domicile Certificate - original and 10 self-attested photocopy
6) 10th mark sheet and certificate - original and 10 self-attested photocopy
7) 12th mark sheet and certificate - original and 10 self-attested photocopy
8) Identity photo certificate - original and 10 self-attested photocopy
9) SC/ST/OBS/EWS certificate - original and 10 self-attested photocopy
10) Parental Willingness certificate - original and 3 photocopy
11) Police Verification certificate - original and 3 photocopy
12) Family Particular certification - original and 3 photocopy
13) Attestation Form - 3 copies
14) Character Certification - original and 3 photocopy
15) Willingness certificate - original and 3 photocopy
16) Aadhaar card - original and 10 photocopy
17) PAN card - original and 10 photocopy
