CBSE Term 2 Result 2022: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is persevering in its efforts to announce the CBSE Term 2 result 2022 for students of Class 10 and 12 soon. Where on one hand, the board had sent the Term 1 scorecards to the schools, the Term 2 results will be available in the digital format online. Post result declaration, students will be able to download their respective scorecards from the official website of the board at cbse.gov.in.
CBSE Term 2 Result 2022: Number of Students Who Appeared in Exam
The CBSE board term 2 exams 2022 witnessed a footfall of a total of 35 lakh students of both matriculation and Intermediate students. Out of these, 21 lakh students wrote the Class 10 exams, while the remaining 14 lakh students appeared for the intermediate examination.
CBSE Term 2 Result 2022: Passing Criteria
The Class 10 and Class 12 students of the board will be required to secure at least 33 percent marks in individual subjects to achieve a pass grade. This implies that the summation of theory marks, practical marks as well as marks secured in internal examination must result in a minimum of 33 percent marks or above.
However, no student had been declared Pass/fail after the declaration of Term 1 results and their qualifying status was dependent upon term 2 scores. Therefore, the students' overall results will be prepared by combining both Term 1 and Term 2 scores. Although, the weightage ratio of Term 1 scores to Term 2 scores has still not been revealed by the board.
CBSE Term 2 Exam 2022: Details
The CBSE board conducted the Term 2 exams this year from April 26 until June 15, 2022. The papers took place across the country in the offline mode while ensuring proper measures and protocols against Covid-19 pandemic.

Once the Term 2 results are out, students will be able to check their respective scores on any of the following websites.

Class 10 and Class 12 students must adhere to the detailed guide mentioned below in order to download their respective scorecards.
- Log on to the official website of CBSE at cbse.gov.in.
- Click on the relevant link to check the result for Class 10/Class 12 students, which will be activated post result declaration.
- You will land on a new login page. Enter your valid login credentials like roll number and date of birth.
- Submit the details. The Term 2 scorecards will be displayed on the screen.
- Check the details listed on the scorecard and download it on your device.
- Obtain its hard copy for further need.
