CBSE Board Result 2022: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the results of both Class 10 and Class 12 students today on July 22, 2022. Both matriculation as well as intermediate students can check their respective scores on the official website of CBSE at cbse.gov.in. However, this year, the board will not release the merit list for both Class 10 and Class 12.
CBSE Board Result 2022: Here's Why Merit List Won't Be Issued
The board has landed on the decision to not reveal the toppers name and not issue the merit list to avoid the phenomenon of unhealthy competition prevailing among the students. However, the certificate of merit shall be issued to those students who have secured the highest marks in the subjects.
CBSE 12th Result 2022: Number of Students Who Scored Above 90%
In the current year, 1,34,797 students of Class 12 have scored above 90 percent. However, the count has dropped as compared to the last three years.
CBSE 10th Result 2022: Number of Students Who Scored Above 90%
The result statistics for Class 10 reveal that a total of 2,36,993 students have scored above 90 percent marks in CBSE Term 2 board exams 2022.
CBSE 12th Compartment Exams 2022: Date and Details
Meanwhile, the board has also shed light on the conduct of compartment exams for Class 12 students. Those students of Class 12, who have failed to clear one exam will be eligible to appear for the compartment exams.
The board will conduct the compartment exams for Class 12 students from August 23, 2022 onwards. The syllabus for the compartment exams will be the same as that of the Main exams.
