CBSE 10th Result 2022: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the CBSE 10th result 2022 today on July 22 at 2 pm. Class 10 students who had appeared in the exam can proceed to check their respective scores on the official website of CBSE at cbse.gov.in. After the announcement of Class 10 results, the statistics for the same have also been revealed, which have been provided herewith.
CBSE 10th Result 2022: Statistics
 
According to the result statistics for the current year, the matriculation students of the board have clocked a passing percentage of 94.40 percent. It is noteworthy that a total of 2109208 candidates were registered for the exam, of which 1976668 students have cleared the CBSE 10th board exams 2022 successfully. 

Girls have scripted a passing percentage of 95.21, thereby surpassing boys yet again, whose passing percentage stood at 93.8 percent.

The results statistics for Class 10 students reveal that the Trivandrum district has emerged as the best performing district in Class 10 term 2 exams 2022. The district has clocked a passing percentage of 99.68 percent. Guwahati is the last district on the list with the lowest passing percentage of 82.23 percent. It is noteworthy that Trivandrum has also topped the list in regard to CBSE 12th board exams 2022. 
 
CBSE 10th Result 2022: Evaluation Criteria
 
Through an official press release, the CBSE board has apprised of the evaluation criteria to calculate the final scores of students. The marks obtained by Class 10 students in Term 1 exams will get 30% weightage, while the Term 2 exam scores will get 70% weightage. The practical exams of both the terms will get equal weightage.
 
However, the weightage formula will only be applicable to the theory marks obtained by students in Term 1 and Term 2 exams, while the internal marks shall be added to them as the final score.
 
CBSE 10th Result 2022: Here's How to Download Scorecards

Matriculation students of the board must abide by the detailed instructions provided below, in order to download their respective scorecards for the exam.

1. Go to the board's official website at cbse.gov.in.
2. Click on the 'Results' tab, which will redirect you to a new page.
3. The link to check Class 10 results will be available on the new page. Click on the relevant link to check scores for Class 10.
4. A new login page will appear on the screen. Fill in your valid login credentials like roll number, date of birth and other details.
5. Submit the details. The scorecard will be displayed on the screen.
6. Check the details mentioned on the scorecard carefully and download it on your device. Also, print its hard copy for further need.
