The Bihar Board has postponed the result of class 12 compartment. Due to the sad demise of the former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, the board has postponed the result.
The result will be declared on August 20, 2018.
The result was earlier planned to be declared on August 16, 2018.
The result will be available on the official website of the board.
The candidates who have appeared the examination can check their results on biharboardonline.com.
The exams were conducted between July 13 to 20, around 1.55 lakhs candidates appeared.

The pass percentage for Science stream and for Commerce stream is 45% and 82% respectively.
42% of students have cleared the Arts stream.

The Bihar School Examination Board is established for holding and conducting an examination at the end of the Secondary School stage, for prescribing a course of studies for such examination and for carrying out such other objects and duties as may be considered necessary for the purpose as stated in the Act, Rules and Regulations of the Board.
Normally every year the Bihar School Examination Board conducts Annual Secondary School Examination in the month of February/ March and Supplementary School Examination in the month of August/ September on the basis of course/ syllabus as prescribed by the State Government.
