Himachal Pradesh University (HPU) will conduct counselling on the basis of marks in the examinations for admission to the Medical and Dental Colleges of the state. The date of application will be notified for this.
According to the merit list prepared after the application, the HPU counselling will be done only after this, the seats of six governments and one private medical college will be allotted to the University.
At the same time, the admission process will be started in a government and four private dental colleges on the basis of the examination and the counselling of the University. Dr JS Negi, the University's exam controller, said that all preparations have been completed regarding the counselling.
The process will be started soon after getting the order from the state government. This time, according to the government order, reservation for students belonging to economically backward classes is to be implemented. There is also waiting for the government order regarding how many seats will be given in the reservation of economic base.
