The Community Health Officer (CHO) Admit Card 2019 has been released by the Uttar Pradesh National Health Mission (UPNHM) today, June 06, 2019. The UPNHM CHO Admit Card 2019 has been released online on the official website. The CHO Admit Card 2019 can be downloaded from the official website, upnrhm.gov.in.
The candidates who have applied for the recruitment drive can visit the website to download the UPNHM CHO Admit Card 2019. The UPNHM CHO Examination 2019 is scheduled to be held on June 16, 2019.

The UPNHM CHO Recruitment 2019 is held to strengthen sub-centres for improved implementation of public health programmes and to enable comprehensive primary health care service delivery, including disease prevention and health promotion. The candidates who successfully complete this course will be posted at sub-centres as Community Health Officers (CHO).
