The regulatory authority is the UPBIE or the Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education.
 
However the name of the examination is UPMSP 12th class examination and it was conducted during 6th February through 10th March this year.
 
Results of the exam are likely to be published on the official website of the board at www.upresults.nic.in during the 4th week of April this year.
 
Students visiting the website will find a link to visit the 12th exam result page and on entering their 7-digit roll number and school code can hit the submit button to view their results.
 
They can download the result on their own devices and take a printout.
 
What was Different this Year
There were some differences this year in case of Intermediate result UP as the examinations were held earlier to ensure timely publication of results.
 
In addition; adequate steps were taken to ensure that the examination centers are well equipped with alternate power supply, availability of drinking water and toilet facilities and have spacious rooms.
 
Overall 34 new exam centers were registered and for the first time in the history of the Board the list of examination centers were published online.
 
It was also different because the usual practice of declaration of results took place in May every year but this year it is designed to be published by the end of April.
