BSEB Matric Result: About 3.6 Lakh Students Failed This Year
A total of 16,84,466 lakh students registered for the matriculation examination from Bihar Board this year. Out of which 16,54,17 students appeared for the exam.This year, 12,93,054 (78.17%) students have successfully qualified the Bihar Board 10th exam out of the students who appeared for the exam. While a total number of 3,60,655 students failed to qualify the Bihar Board Class 10th examination this year.

Bihar Board Class 10th Social Science Exam 2021 Re-held on March 08
This year, BSEB had cancelled the Bihar Board Class 10th Social Science Exam 2020 held on February 19, 2021. The Board authorities had cancelled the exam because the question paper was leaked before the exam in Jamui District.As per the preliminary investigation report, it was found that the BSEB 10th Social Science 2021 paper was leaked through WhatsApp. A total of 8,46,504 students appeared for the BSEB 10th Social Science 2021 exam.
The BSEB had reconducted the social science paper for class 10th board exams on March 08, 2021.

Bihar Board 10th Result: 50% MCQs Included in Paper This Year
BSEB has included around 50 per cent of multiple choice questions (MCQs) asked in the class 10th annual examinations. The answer key for the same was released by Board authorities on March 20. The students were allowed to raise objections against the answer key, if any, till March 22, 2021.
