The registration process for the UPSC Combined Defence Services exam 2019 will to end tomorrow i.e. November 26.


The candidates interested may apply till tomorrow i.e. November 26, 2018.

"Allotment of centres will be on the ‘first-apply-first allot’ basis," according to the notice on the official website of Union Public Service Commission or UPSC.


The applications were invited by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for the post of Combined Defence Services (CDS – I) Examination, 2019; 417 Vacancy and 60 Air Safety Officer, Deputy Director and Various Vacancy 2018.


The Examination for the CDS-I, 2019 is scheduled to be held on February 3, 2019.


Steps to apply for the UPSC CDS I 2019


Step 1. Go to the official website i.e. upsconline.gov.in

 

Step 2. Find and Click on the link that reads “UPSC CDS 2018”

 

Step 3. The candidates need to submit their basic information to register i.e. the first part of registration.

 

Step 4. In the second part, the candidates need to fill the payment details and chose the exam centre, and even upload the photos and sign

 

Step 5. Take a print out of it for the further reference

 

 

Application Fees

 

The candidates belonging to the general category need to deposit Rs 200 as an application fees.

As for the candidates who belong to the reserved category, there is no application fees for them.

Eligibility Criteria

 

Educational Criteria

 

IMA and Officers' Training Academy-
 

The candidates interested for the post of IMA and Officers’ Training Academy must possess a degree of a recognized university or equivalent.

 

Indian Naval Academy-

 

The candidates interested for this post must possess a degree in Engineering from a recognised university/institution.

 

Air Force Academy-

 

The candidates interested for this post must possess a degree of a recognised university (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or BE.
