TN MRB Registration 2024: The Tamil Nadu Medical Recruitment Board (TN MRB) is going to close the online application window for the posts of Assistant Surgeon (General). Interested candidates who have not applied yet can visit the official website i.e. mrb.tn.gov.in to submit their applications for the same.
This recruitment drive will fill out a total of 2553 vacancies for Assistant Surgeon (General). According to the official notification, " The last date for submission of online application and online payment fixed as 15 May and is hereby extended up to 15 July 2024. The cut-off date for the candidates to register their name in Tamil Nadu Medical Council is revised as on or before 15 July."
To participate in this recruitment the candidates need to pay the application fees according to the category i.e. the candidates from the SC/SCA/ST/DAP(PH) category are required to pay a fee of Rs 500, whereas Rs 1000 is to be paid by other category candidates. And the age of the candidate must be up to 37 years. However, the upper age limit is relaxed for reserved category candidates.
According to the educational qualification, the candidates must hold an MBBS Degree.

- Firstly candidates need to visit the official website i.e. mrb.tn.gov.in.
- Then click on the application link available on the home page.
- Register yourself and fill out the application form.
- Upload the required documents and pay the application fees.
- After reviewing, submit the form and download the confirmation page.
- Candidates can take a printout for future reference.
