SSC CHSL Recruitment 2024: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) under CHSL 2024 recruitment will for positions such as Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), Data Entry Operator (DEO), etc., in various departments of the Central Government. 


This CHSL Recruitment has a vacancy for 3712 positions in SSC (Staff Selection Commission) and candidates can complete the applications process till 7 May, 2024.  

 

Candidates Must note that the age limit for these positions has been set between 18 to 27 years, with concessions provided for OBC, SC, ST, and PwD candidates.Additionally, candidates may pay the application fees till 8 May. 

 

The SSC CHSL examination 2024 will be conducted between 1 June - 11 July, 2024, in online mode, and the correction window for the SSC CHSL application process will be available from 10 May and remain open till 11 May, 2024.

SSC CHSL Recruitment 2024: Qualification 

  • The minimum educational qualification required for application is intermediate (12th class). 
  • Applications accepted only through the new website of the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). 
 

SSC CHSL Recruitment 2024: Recruitment details 

  • Application Fee: Rs 100 to be submitted online
  • One-Time Registration (OTR): Candidates required to undergo a one-time registration process before applying
  • Tier-1 Examination Dates: 1 - 5 July and 8 - 11 July. 
  • Recruitment Details: Recruitment conducted for 1211 positions under the CHSL last year. but this year, there is a increase in the number of positions. 

 

SSC CHSL Recruitment 2024: Selection process

  • Tier-1 examination will be of one hour duration. It will consist of 100 questions on English, General Intelligence, Mathematics, and General Studies. The question paper will be of 200 marks, with negative marking of half a mark.
  • Candidates who pass this stage will sit for the Tier-2 examination. Additionally, there will be a skill test.
