RRB JE Recruitment 2024: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) recruitment 2024 registration window for Junior Engineer (JE), Depot Material Superintendent (DMS), Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant (CMA), Chemical Supervisor (Research) and Metallurgical Supervisor (Research) posts is going to start from tomorrow, 30 July onwards.  Eligible candidates can submit their applications for the vacancy from 30 July to 29 August, by visiting the official website at indianrailways.gov.in. 

Additionally, the RRB JE correction window is also scheduled to open from 20 August onwards, for which the deadline is set on 9 September, 2024. Candidates must note that this recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 7951 posts vacancy. 


RRB JE Recruitment 2024: Age criteria 

• Minimum Age Requirement*: Applicants should have attained the age of 18 years as on January 1, 2025.
• Maximum Age Limit*: Applicants should not be more than the age of 36 years as on January 1, 2025.
• Age Relaxation for Reserved Categories*: The upper age limit is relaxed for candidates belonging to reserved categories, as per applicable regulations. 

RRB JE Recruitment 2024: Application fee

• General Category Candidates: ₹500
• Reserved Category Candidates:

   - Applicable Categories: SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, Female, Transgender, Minorities, Economically Backward Class (EBC).
   - Application Fee: ₹250
   - Refund: The fee of ₹250 shall be refunded after deducting bank charges, upon appearing in the 1st stage CBT.
